Hale Pua offers our goods for wholesale at these terms: 

- Prices are 50% off retail prices shown on website
- Orders are placed online on my website hale-pua.com with a wholesale discount code
- Minimum order amount $200
- Payment for goods due at checkout
- Invoice for shipping fee will be sent prior to shipping 
- Hale Pua will accept any returned goods in original condition and refund the full amount that vendor paid within 30 days of receipt
- Vendor must notify Hale Pua of any damaged goods within 5 business days of receipt
- Vendor must provide a resale number (GE tax will not be charged on orders)
